1. Cancellation of Donations

1.1 Win Over Cancer acknowledges that circumstances may arise where donors may wish to cancel their donations.

1.2 Donors have the right to cancel their donation within a reasonable period after the transaction has been completed.

1.3 To cancel a donation, donors must contact Win Over Cancer via email at winovercancer.net@gmail.com or through any other designated communication channel provided by Win Over Cancer.

1.4 Win Over Cancer will process donation cancellation requests promptly upon receipt.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refunds for donations made to Win Over Cancer are at the discretion of Win Over Cancer and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2.2 Requests for refunds must be made in writing and submitted to Win Over Cancer via email at winovercancer.net@gmail.com. The request must include the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation, if applicable.

2.3 Win Over Cancer will review refund requests and may require additional information or verification before processing the refund.

2.4 Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

2.5 Win Over Cancer reserves the right to deduct any applicable transaction fees or administrative costs incurred in processing the refund.

2.6 Refunds may not be provided for donations that have already been utilized or allocated to specific programs or initiatives at the discretion of Win Over Cancer.
